Handball is a team sport played by hand where two teams of seven players compete with a ball by respecting several rules on a rectangular field of dimensions 40 m by 20 m, separated into two camps.
In handball, the object of the game is to get the ball into the opponent’s goal more times than the opponent using only the hands to manipulate the ball. The principle is to dribble with the ball or pass to a teammate. Once the ball is in hand, the player can move forward by dribbling, but can only take three steps without dribbling and cannot hold the ball for more than three seconds if it remains still.
